Processing Time

All Papa Stan's products are handcrafted in small batches in Oskaloosa, Iowa. Orders are typically processed and packed within 1–3 business days of being placed. During peak seasons (holidays, promotions) processing may take up to 5 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

We ship to all 50 U.S. states via USPS or UPS. Estimated delivery times after shipment:

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier delays.

Free Shipping

Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders of $55 or more (before taxes, after discounts). Your cart will automatically reflect the discount at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your package directly through:

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We will make it right.

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please allow 24–48 hours as carriers sometimes mark packages early. After that window, contact us and we will help resolve the issue with the carrier.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Papa Stan's of Iowa is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you catch an error right after ordering, contact us immediately and we will do our best to correct it before shipment.
